Commercial and Regulatory Disclaimer
Important boundaries for educational information, consumer feedback, shared-facility work, regulated products, client responsibilities, and intellectual property.
Master Disclaimer
Information on this website is educational and commercial in nature. It is not legal, regulatory, medical, clinical, nutritional, tax, or financial advice; a production authorization; a binding quote; or a guarantee of regulatory approval, product release, shelf life, consumer acceptance, retailer placement, distributor acceptance, production capacity, sales, margin, or commercial success. Client-specific scope, pricing, testing, timing, responsibilities, production requirements, and release criteria are governed by the applicable signed agreement or statement of work.
Consumer Feedback
Consumer feedback is subjective and sample-dependent. Unless a program is expressly designed as statistically powered or representative, findings are directional and should not be presented as population-level conclusions, claim substantiation, or guaranteed market performance.
Shared Facility
Liquid Labs operates a shared, multi-customer beverage-development and production environment. Product-specific allergen, sensitive-material, cannabinoid, alcohol, sanitation, segregation, testing, storage, and release controls must be documented in the applicable written scope. No free-from, certification, contaminant-free, allergen-free, alcohol-free, cannabinoid-free, kosher, halal, organic, or similar status is implied.
Regulated and Higher-Risk Products
Alcohol, hemp-derived, cannabinoid, high-caffeine, functional, and other regulated or higher-risk products are accepted only where lawful and after product-specific documentation, facility, licensing, safety, testing, labeling, and commercial review. Submission of an inquiry does not constitute product acceptance.
Products combining alcohol and cannabinoids are not accepted by default and require separate legal and regulatory review and express written approval.
Client Responsibilities
Clients remain responsible for final product classification, legal compliance, labels, claims, warnings, licenses, registrations, taxes, distribution authorizations, market-entry decisions, and product-release decisions except where a signed agreement expressly allocates a responsibility otherwise.
Intellectual Property
Subject to the governing agreement and payment in full, clients generally own final approved product-specific formulas created for them. Liquid Labs retains its background methods, templates, calculators, systems, processes, production approaches, supplier knowledge, and non-client-specific know-how.
Public Forms and Publicity
Do not submit confidential formulas, trade secrets, personal data, or sensitive supplier information through public website forms. Liquid Labs does not publish client names, product names, production relationships, photographs, results, testimonials, or logos without documented permission.
